Terms and Conditions

Please Note:
Payment is expected within 10 days after the close of
auction or non-paying bidder will be filed and the item will
be re-listed.  Texas residents please add 8.00% to the total
for sales tax.
 
Shipping and Handling:


 - Please use the shipping calculator to determine shipping
   and handling based on the item weight and your location.
 
 - Shipping to all 50 states is done by First Class Mail,
   Priority Mail, Parcel Post or Media Mail depending on the
   type and weight of the item. 

 - I do not charge a handling fee.  You are paying actual
   shipping costs only.  If you feel the shipping costs are
   too high, take it up with the post office or UPS.  I am not
   adding anything to the cost of shipping.
 
 - Insurance is $1.30 extra and optional for items up
   to $50, $2.20 for $50 - 100 and $1.00 for each additional
   $100.  Not responsible for items lost or damaged during
   shipment without insurance.
 
 - International bidders, shipping is done by First Class Mail
   International or Priority Mail International.  Shipping and
   handling is based on the weight of the item and the 
   method of shipping you choose to your location. 
   US dollars only.

Winning bidders will no longer be able to pay with checks
or money orders.  Texas residents please add 8.00% to the
total for sales tax.
 
Sending Cash:
Cash is not accepted.  It is not a recommended method of payment by eBay or the U.S. Postal Service.  Cash sent through the mail cannot be traced, there is no way to prove payment was made, no protection against loss or theft, and it is not covered by eBay's standard purchase protection program and it violates the eBay Accepted Payments policy.
Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you win and are not satisfied with the item, you can return the item in the same condition that you received it within 30 days and I'll gladly refund your money. 
Feedback: Feedback will be left for the winning bidder after the transaction is complete.  Your feedback is very much appreciated as it tells me what I have done right or wrong.  Before leaving negative feedback, please contact me so we can try and work something out.  Thanks!
